Legoland Dubai is set to open in 2016 with global leisure parks giant Merlin Entertainment revealing fresh plans for the theme park.

HYDERABAD: Chennai-based dairy producer Hatsun Agro Products has acquired Jyothi Dairy for up to Rs 65 crore as part of its plans to expand in Andhra Pradesh. The announcement sent Hatsun Agro shares up 5% to close Wednesday at Rs 166.95 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, in a weak broader market.

CHENNAI: Health and hygiene products manufacturer Unicharm India, subsidiary of Japan-based Unicharm Corporation, has begun the construction work for its Rs 250 crore plant to come up at Sri City Special Economic Zone here. 

CHATTA: In line with its investment plans of USD 5 billion in India by 2020, beverage major Coca Cola today inaugurated its 58th plant in the country, on which its franchise bottler partner has invested over Rs 135 crore.
