Microsoft will release security updates for applications in its Windows Store as those patches are available in order to speed up the updating process.

KOLKATA: SunCoke Energy, a $2 billion company and one of the largest independent producers of metallurgical coal in the US, has targeted India to expand its manufacturing operations outside the Americas. The company closed a deal with Visa Steel on Monday to form Visa SunCoke, a coke making venture in Odisha. The deal marks the first major foreign investment in the domestic coke making industry.

KOLKATA: Bhanu Farms, promoted by Keshav Bangur's flagship BFL Corp, has set up an IQF (individual quick freezing) fruits and vegetable processing plant with full cold chain in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Total outlay on the plant is Rs 60 crore and has been financed by internal accruals with just 20 % coming from domestic institutions.

Samsung is set to launch a device in its flagship premium smartphone range, expected to be named the Galaxy S4.

It follows the S3, a handset that has sold more than 40 million units. The Galaxy handsets are seen as the closest competitor to Apple's iPhone.
